Collier Memorial - 11/26/2025
The Sean Collier Memorial at MIT honors Officer Sean Collier, who was killed in the line of duty following the Boston Marathon bombing. The memorial’s bold geometric form and structural expression deeply resonated with me, uniting radical design with powerful meaning and remembrance.

Versailles, France Plan of Hunting Chateau - 10/28/23
Aerial sketch of the Palace of Versailles and its surrounding hunting landscapes once used by Louis XIV. The composition emphasizes symmetry and proportion, reflecting the powerful connection between monarchy, order, and religion explored throughout my semester studying Old World architecture.
Ur, Mesopotamia. The Great Ziggurat of Ur-Nammu - 9/1/23
One of my earliest sketches done while studying Old World architecture, depicted the Great Ziggurat of Ur. Its precise alignment with the cardinal axes and strong bilateral symmetry demonstrate the intentional design principles of ancient Mesopotamian architecture. Studying structures like this inspires me to create work that is thoughtful, enduring, and rooted in timeless design.
